What types of account can I open online?

We do not open accounts online. All accounts are opened in person with one of our Customer Service Representatives. For all new customers we conduct a review of ChexSystems to verify your identity and to help us understand how you have handled your accounts at other banks.

How do I sign up for Online Banking?

Please Click “Enroll” under the sign in box on our homepage.

Is Online Banking Free?

Online Banking is free for all of our customers.

How do I reset my Online Banking Username, Security Questions or Password?

You can use the Forgot Password link on the website or Contact Customer Service at (251) 575-4555 during regular business hours.

I know I have a per day limit on my debit card, how do I get it raised temporarily?

The limit on your Debit Card can be raised by contacting one of our Customer Service Representatives at (251) 575-4555.
